How it works
Most raises take 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the type of financing and how quickly documents come together.
Lender-ready package
Your metrics, revenue quality and the documents lenders ask for, presented the way underwriters read them.
Week 1The right lenders
We shortlist the lenders most likely to approve you at the best cost, and approach them only with your OK.
Weeks 1–3Term sheets, negotiated
We compare offers side by side, flag risky terms like warrants and covenants, and push for better price and terms.
Weeks 3–6Closing
We keep diligence and documents moving until the money is in your account.
Weeks 4–8Pricing
Depending on the size and complexity of the raise. If you don't close, you pay nothing. Most raises have no upfront fee; very complex ones may carry a small retainer that's credited in full against the fee.
If a lender pays us a referral fee on your deal, we tell you before you sign and credit it against your fee. It never changes which lenders we recommend.

Questions
Which lenders do you work with?
We track 84 lenders and programs: banks and SBA lenders, venture debt, revenue-based financing, invoice and receivables financing, and more. We approach the ones most likely to approve you at the best cost, only with your OK.
Do you take equity?
No. We charge a cash success fee when your financing closes, and nothing if it doesn't.
How long does it take?
Usually 3 to 8 weeks. Revenue-based and invoice financing can close in days; bank, SBA and venture debt facilities take longer.
Are you a lender?
No. We don't lend money and we don't guarantee approval or terms. We help you get the best offer available and you decide whether to accept it.
Do lenders pay you?
Some lenders pay referral fees. If one will pay us on your deal, we tell you the amount before you sign with them and credit it against your fee. It never changes which lenders we recommend.
What do you need from me?
Recent financials, bank statements, and a short call about what you need. We'll tell you exactly which documents each lender asks for.
Tell us what you're raising
A funding specialist will reply within one business day with whether we can help, which lenders fit, and what we'd charge.
Rates are estimates as of today, not a lender's quoted interest rate. Not an offer of credit, investment, legal or tax advice. B2B Agent may receive a referral fee when we introduce you to a provider; it never changes rankings or what we publish. Lenders: send your current terms so we can refresh the estimate, which also makes you eligible for the Transparent Pricing and Lowest Rate awards. Update your listing.
